Customer Engagement Operations Specialist - Maidenhead

Role Objectives:


Customer Engagement Operation Specialists (CEO) work collaboratively with the In-Field teams (IFT); Brand teams, to support the delivery of engaging promotional and educational meetings.

The CEO Specialist enables the meeting program through the co-creation, review and approval of commercial infield speaker meetings & interactions with Healthcare Organisations (HCOs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).


Key responsibilities:


  • Plan promotional external meeting with IFT and Brand team members; monitors incoming meeting requests and reviews according to Policy, SOPs and the ABPI Code.
  • Ensures meeting governance for all meetings and interactions with Healthcare Professionals, venues and content to ABPI Code
  • Approves meeting materials, manages Job Bags in promomats for promotional presentations, working in close collaboration with medical review, for review, feedback and amendments
  • Coordinates and manages logístical meeting arrangements for IFT meetings including venue booking, speaker engagement and material approvals
  • Proactively works with Brand Team and In-Field Accounts Specialist to develop therapy area expertise

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience working within Pharma/Medicine/Healthcare industry desirable
  • Experience using, Promo-Mats, Veeva, SharePoint, or equivalent systems is desirable
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
  • Experience working with the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Selfmotivated
