What you'll be doing

We are looking for a highly motivated customer service professional with complaint handling experience.

You are required to have exceptional communication skills to join our fast paced Customers Service department, working onsite at our Head Office in Maidenhead.

Your primary focus will be to provide an exceptional level of service to both existing and prospective Evergen Solar customers relating to all products and services ensuring that first call resolution is provided.

You will assist the customers in understanding the products and identify solutions to fit their needs, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

You will have experience handling difficult customers complaints and queries tactfully and diplomatically.


You may be from a call centre environment driving high level/high volume transactions OR working in business with a focus on customer delivery and reporting.

How will your day look?

  • Office Based: Mon-Fri, no weekends
  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Complaint handling
  • Educating the customer on our products and service
  • Data Entry of customers interaction
  • Providing order status updates
  • Identify potential customer needs/opportunities to grow our business
  • Working closely with our Operations & Validations departments to ensure customer requirements are fully implemented & we outperform against customer & contractual needs.
  • Set clear and achievable expectations with the customer and achieve them
What are we looking for?

  • Relevant experience working within a service led environment.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (inc. SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Experience of packages such as Trello, Todoist, Zendesk would be advantageous.
  • Working with clients and customers to understand their needs and perceptions.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
