Our vastly experienced team have been running market leading exhibitions for over 20 years in sectors including Technology, Environment, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Data and Finance.
You'll work closely with our Sales Director to produce our day to day marketing communications across our three Aviation Shows.
Your day to day responsibilities will be varied across the activities below:
- Support & co-ordinate the creation of multi-channel marketing campaign, constantly assessing the campaigns and seeking ways of improving the performance.
- Use multiple channels to help build campaigns including social, direct mail etc.,
- Create weekly social engagement activities to assist the campaigns implement and improve on out existing social media plan across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and possibly Instagram.
- Work to grow our social media following and improve our social media performances.
- Developing sales and marketing communications that support customer engagement and sales targets.
- Develop marketing to deliver new products, promotions and campaigns to our market.
- Producing content for flyers, promotions, posters, leaflets, catalogues and more.
- Website copy creation and website maintenance
- Updating website banners, promotional material, the occasional product description where required, website pages, promotional categories etc.,
- Reviewing and updating our existing marketing communications to ensure our messages are always relevant and impactful.
- Using digital media to improve the way we communicate to customers, delivering a more targeted and personalised experience.
- Using our CRM system to main and manage our Marketing database.
A bit about you:
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multichannels.
- Experience in growing social media reach.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice.
- An eye for detail and good writing skills.
- Strong organisational skills. Able to work under pressure, plan and manage competing demands and deadline, prioritising time effectively.
- Result driven and strategic with excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate marketing and data trends.
- Proactive with a test and learn approach to develop and influence our strategies and drive performance improvements.

Salary:
£19,627.00-£22,405.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
