Are you experienced in managing issues and finding solutions for residents who have moved into their new home?

Or are you someone who has customer service experience and passionate about the property industry?

My smashing client who build some fantastic homes are now seeking a superstar to manage their customer service function. You will report directly into one of the directors who is a smashing person.

This role will require a driver as you will be visiting new builds.

Monday to Friday in the office 9-5pm and some great benefits including 25 days holiday, lap top and mobile phone.

Duties

  • Performing premove in snagging checks
- full training courses will be given

  • Liaison with resident's post move in. taking details of snagging issues and logging these onto CRM
  • Managing a team of sub contractors to complete repairs
  • Answering incoming calls and e mails from home owners
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office
