Team Overview
The Residential Management team consists of several strands such as Block Management, Asset Management, LRA, PRS.

The Property Manager would be working within the fast paced and friendly Asset Management team who solely look after Estate and Institutional clients, alongside six other property managers, two Associate Director and two Directors.


Role Overview

The Property Manager will provide first class customer service to both tenants and the client, and ensure health and safety compliance in relation to the portfolio, so as to minimize risk to tenants and clients alike.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with tenants on maintenance issues and organising timely repairs
  • Liaising with tenants on ad hoc tenancy matters
  • Keeping all Statutory Health and Safety inspections up to date both within the tenants demise and within the blocks in which the flats are situated.
  • Responsibility for ensuring the timely payment of rents and collection of arrears.
  • Liaison with tenants over internal and external redecoration of common parts.
  • Undertaking minor works between tenancies and liaising with Savills projects team for larger scale works.
  • Meeting and greeting all new tenants at the commencement of their tenancies
  • Processing Insurance claims
  • Drawing up accurate client reports
  • Attending client meetings
  • Periodically serving notices and attending court proceedings
  • Liaison with utility companies
  • Liaising with other Savills departments
  • Keeping the list of utilities paid by tenant to managing agent up to date and ensuring charges are being raised by accounts and ensuring payment collection

Key Skills

  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
