You will have qualifications/NVQ in at least one of the following:
joinery; plastering; bricklaying; roofing or plumbing, and have a working knowledge of most, if not all, of the other skills.
As a member of our team you'll be attending to client multi-occupancy dwellings and residential sites thoughout the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire.
You'll be proficient in assessing and pricing requested works, and capable of completing the remedial works required.If you are a self-motivated, results-oriented and hardworking individual who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, then you would be a welcome addition to the team.
Overtime is available occasionally, and as we offer 24 hr emergency response for our client base, there is the option to become part of that response on a voluntary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Attending client sites in response to requests for assistance
- Thorough assessment and accurate reporting of issues
- Proposal and pricing of remedial works
- Use of mobile tablet and field management software for working to schedule and for reporting findings and completion of jobs
- Use appropriate tools, plant (including scaffold & MEWPs) and machinery to complete jobs
- Completion of and adherence to RaMS, ensuring self, others and work areas are safe
- Minor construction projects

From £32,240.00 per year
