The Vacancy

Here's what you can expect to be doing:
Working within a reactive facilities management helpdesk.
Handling inbound and outbound calls, and logging jobs in a fastpaced environment
Coordinating contractors and City Technicians to ensure they attend to our City standards
Working in partnership with customers to achieve results
Endtoend job management
Working as part of a team to drive customer excellence

Here's what we would like from you:

Driven and passionate with a great attitude to deliver customer excellence
Helpdesk experience in facilities management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload
Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Previous contact centre/call centre/helpdesk experience
Flexibility to work rotational shifts between the hours of 7am5pm
