We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us and play a key role in supporting our Recruitment department.

Working as part of a small and close-knit team, you'll be playing a key role in supporting our hotel management teams to source amazing people to join our properties.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience within the hospitality or recruitment industry
Experience in a Recruitment role in a multisite national company is desirable.
An engaging, charismatic and down to earth personality
Highly organized, attentive to detail and efficient work style
Able to work in a fastpaced team and working environment, being able to assess and prioritise tasks.
Ability to analyse and review information and provide reports.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Sound problem solving and decisionmaking capability under pressure.
Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
Ability to establish successful working relationships within a diverse operation.
Enthusiastic and selfmotivated.
Resilient and persistent.
This role will require travel to our London head office and our hotels across the country, so an ability and willingness to travel is required.
