Zest4Talent are recruiting an Operations Team Leader for a growing multisite adventure sports company. You will be based at their site near Salisbury. You will be working a 5 day week primarily Wed - Sun.

Working hours will be 9am -5pm but longer hours during peak operational periods which time will be taken as lieu during off peak times ( this could include some 7am starts).

A competitive salary of up to £35-40k pa is on offer.

The ideal person for this Operations Team Leader role will have the following:
A dynamic and confident personality with exceptional communication skills, you will be highly organised and process driven. You will be overseeing a team of 15-20 people on operational days ensuring they are running to schedule. A background or interest in adventure sport is highly advantageous but not a pre-requisite. This may suit you if you have a hospitality, events, sports or armed forces background.

Working closely with the existing operational management team you will be rostering staff ensuring comprehensive coverage of the event days
Supporting the Operations Manager in working to budget as well as company strategy
Ensuring all operational equipment is ordered and fully functional
Alongside the operational team you will be managing onsite facilities and ensuring equipment is maintained and replacements ordered where necessary
Find successful resolutions to challenges in conjunction with your wider team and keep open lines of communication with the management team
Working closely with the Operations Manager to recruit full/part time and apprentices to ensure 12month rota coverage
Ensure record keeping of site maintenance and equipment is maintained
Ensure excellent customer interaction and service excellence is at the forefront of everything you do
