Description
Our client is a leading residential property company that is currently looking for a Property & Facilities Coordinator (Lettings Administrator) to join their busy and thriving team in South East London.
The role will be to support the lettings team and property managers with day to day administration support.Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the full pre tenancy journey for both landlord and tenants
- To deal with tenant referencing and right to rent checks
- To obtain necessary documents for both tenants and landlords
- To make sure properties are compliant prior to move in with EPC's, Gas certs, EICR's etc.
- To prepare AST's
- To arrange Inventory's, check ins
- To deal with pre tenancy checks prior to tenants moving in to a property
- To arrange or delegate to property manager small maintenance prior to tenants moving in
- To set tenancy's up on our payment system
- Pay Prop
- Arranging end of tenancy & move in cleans where necessary
- To deal with all tenancy renewals within the business in the timely manor
- To deal with property inspections if required to do so
- To upsell rent guarantee insurance
Experience required:
- 612 months property experience (preferable)
- Strong administration experience (essential)
- Highly organised
- Acute attention to detail
- The ability to work well as a team
- Strong IT skills
- Impeccable time management skills
Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
