Description

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Infrastructure Support Officer role to join an expanding organisation in the North West. The role is permanent, hybrid opportunity with the salary starting at £23,600 per annum

The Role:

Perform daily checks to ensure the infrastructure is stable, reliable and backed up
Carry out incident management processes, ensuring all requests made to the team for advice and support are logged, prioritised and progressed through to resolution
Ensure that appropriate support documentation is maintained and that the documents are in line with changes in technology, policies and procedures
Work with the Service Desk team to transition any new system changes to the Service Desk

The Person:

At least 1 year experience in 1st or 2nd line support on a Technical Service Desk
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud technologies
Knowledge of Intune, Azure, Active Directory and O365/Windows required
Must have a proactive approach to continuous improvement, as well as strong communications skills
