Our business continues to grow creating a real career opportunity for a strong coordinator to be based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify the type and quantity of items that are required to support new/existing contracts
Keep the stock at agreed levels within certain contracts
Run reports on a daily basis for allocated or key accounts identify shortfalls and replenish parts accordingly
Review report criteria every three months to ensure that the requirements are accurate
Attend Service review meetings as and when required

Skills, Experience, Knowledge

Analytical mind with attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative where required
Must possess the ability to relate and communicate professionally to other team members and both internal and external customers at all times.
Able to work under pressure and be prepared to work overtime as and when required
