Registered General Manager & Head of rehabilitation

Private Neuro Clinic in Bagshot, Surrey


The Registered General Manager & Head of rehabilitation is responsible for delivering the highest degree of quality care to patients in accordance with private rehabilitation standards ensuring CQC CARF and CHKS standards are met and exceeded.


To be responsible for the overall operations and development of the Ascot Rehab hospital, collaborating with all disciplines involved with the delivery of rehabilitation services to ensure the values and ethos of the company are protected and maintained.


To be responsible for the implementation of the organisation's strategic development; assisting the Chief Executive and Director with the development of projects and services to deliver Ascot Rehabilitation Ltd's (ARL) objectives, and achieve associatedincome and generation to ensure the financial security of the organisation.


  • Essential Requirements:_
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work fulltime hours

Desirable skills:


  • Experience in developing a communications and PR strategy
  • Knowledge of Company and employment legislation.
  • Working experience with international healthcare and institutions
