Support Workers required £ ph. (Must have Own transport)
We are recruiting for experienced Full/Part time Support Workers to work in our new supported living accommodation based in North Bristol.
- Daily living skills
- Meal planning and preparation
- Prompting with Medication
- Preparing shopping list and Shopping
- Prompt personal
- Support to access community
- GP/Hospital visits
- Correspondences
- Outreach support
- Support with internal and external activities
- Maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the home
Requirements:
- Full UK driver's license and access to own vehicle preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience of working in a supported living environment
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF (or willing to work towards)
- Attention to details
- Caring, reliable, flexible honest & trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal and listening
- Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure.
- Be able to build and maintain a good work relationship with others
