A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

  • Working closely with the Account Manager, you will support and manage the order process with the Operations team and Customers in various regions including UK, EMEA, APAC
  • Support the Sales team to ensure new launches are seamlessly managed as per the brand guidelines, and ensure retailer specific documentation to deadlines; including new line forms and liaising with various departments internally to access required information
  • Ensuring customer Price Lists are up to date and managing the implementation of RRP/ Price changes.
  • Coordinate and administrative support with the implementation of tailored activities and strategies by retailer.
  • Actively review and monitor key partners' websites to ensure all sales data and product information is correct, including RRP reviews and imagery audits.
  • Compiling commercial project summaries as required.
  • Ensuring Sales & Marketing planners are accurately updated and maintained.
  • Support the Sales team with monitoring competitor activity.
  • Confidently communicate with key partners.
  • Diary management, including making travel arrangements, booking meetings.
  • Daily inbox management and general administration duties.
  • Provide support to the wider team as and when required.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Administration experience within a busy business environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Natural problem solver, able to manage processes and plans and see things through to completion.
  • Great communicator at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with a natural ability to form relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including strong Excel skills.
  • Positive, determined approach, and a team player.
  • Previous Luxury/ Skincare experience is desirable.
