Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who is looking to contribute to the continuing growth and development of the Private Client Department within our client, Quality Solicitors Barwells.
In this role you will be specialising in Trusts, Trust Management and Administration, and dealing with all aspects and requirements of the Trust Registration Service (TRS).
The role will encourage the continued success and growth of the firm and you will play an active role in business development, building valuable business relationships within the local area.
- to provide an ongoing service to existing clients
- to work with Directors and other Private Client Practitioners to develop new business
- to develop and enhance the Trust department
- to deliver fee income in line with targeted objectives
- to keep informed of all changes in the Law and Practice and maintain relevant CPD
- to maintain up-to-date legal skills
- to manage your own caseload efficiently and, in a cost effective and profitable manner, utilise support staff and resources available to maximise efficiency
- to perform work in line with the firm's risk procedures
