Description

Operations Managerrequired for a prestigious hotel in the Guildford area.

As
Operations Manageryou will be reporting to the Hotel Manager, and you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the whole hotel along with your management team.

You will assist with recruitment and the development, training and coaching of your Team to ensure standards are maintained and further developed.

Duty management will also form part of your duties and you will be working a couple of early shifts each week and the remainder on a late shift and it is expected that you will be on duty most week-ends.
