An experienced and confident commercial property solicitor is sought for my client's growing property department based out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Nottingham.

Offering hybrid working and easily commutable from Leicester and Derby.

You'll be joining a national law firm with a solid reputation and long standing client base across the East Midlands working within a partner led team on high quality commercial property transactions.

The commercial property team deal with all high net worth clients who they've built relationships with over many years. You'll have full paralegal and secretarial support and have autonomy over your own caseload.

You'll deal with a mixed caseload of propertytransactions including standard sale and purchase to more complex matters and working on behalf of agricultural clients and developers.

You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a solid background in commercial property. Agricultural property experience is desirable but not essential for this role.

There exists real opportunities for progression long term within the team and firm overall, with partnership available for the right individual.
