Creative Arts Lecturer – Art and Design Specialist

Teach on and contribute to the development and support for a range of programmes from Entry Level 1 to HE. Work closely with other members of staff within the area and across other college areas.

Responsibilities include:
• Teaching on various programs within the department
• Acting as a personal tutor
• Serving as the lead course manager for specific programs
• Contributing to curriculum development
• Providing support to students with specific educational needs and attending EHCP reviews
• Participating in marketing and recruitment activities
• Contributing to the development of the flexible curriculum and learning materials
• Establishing external contacts and promoting industry-based work
• Assisting with program coordination and administration
• Prioritizing professional development
• Maintaining and improving quality standards
• Adhering to BCA's policies and procedures
