Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office.

Your base location will be either Thorpe Wood House in Peterborough or Enterprise House in Lincoln.

We are recruiting for a Billing & Income Collection Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis


As part of a dynamic multi skilled and functional team, you'll provide support to the billing and cash collection activities associated with Retailers, Developers, and other non-household customers operating in our region.

What does it take to be a Billing & Income Collection Assistant?
You'll demonstrate excellent numeracy and organisation skills, and be comfortable operating across different billing systems and processes. As well as this,

  • Experience in manipulating, analysing and processing large data sets
  • Good presentation skills
