Our client is keen to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their market leading lettings agency in Swindon.

This is an ideal opportunity for a well presented, confident person to meet new people, learn new skills and contribute to an expanding business.


The Role:

  • Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
  • Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
  • Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
  • Perform the duties of Sales Progressor when required
  • Administer contract paperwork when required
  • Update window displays and website
  • Compose marketing literature
  • Undertake direct marketing
  • Occasionally conduct viewings of properties for sale
  • Provide alternate office cover when required
The Person

  • Have great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be approachable at all times
  • Able to work independently or as part of the team.
  • You must have a driving licence and a car

Benefits:


  • The hours of work are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday
  • Friday
  • Every other Saturday, 9am15.30pm with a day off in lieu
  • Mileage Allowance
