Our client is keen to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their market leading lettings agency in Swindon.
This is an ideal opportunity for a well presented, confident person to meet new people, learn new skills and contribute to an expanding business.
The Role:
- Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
- Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
- Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
- Perform the duties of Sales Progressor when required
- Administer contract paperwork when required
- Update window displays and website
- Compose marketing literature
- Undertake direct marketing
- Occasionally conduct viewings of properties for sale
- Provide alternate office cover when required
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Be computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Work well under pressure
- Be approachable at all times
- Able to work independently or as part of the team.
- You must have a driving licence and a car
Benefits:
- The hours of work are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday
- Friday
- Every other Saturday, 9am15.30pm with a day off in lieu
- Mileage Allowance
