ABPM is retained to identify a qualified accountant for our property and investment client.

The role is part of the experienced and well-regarded leadership who possess a proven track record in their sector.

In essence we need a finance leader who will roll up their sleeves to organise and business partner the MD and other heads of dept and support across the business.

What are we after?

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualification experience, ideally in a property or construction, technical financial knowledge and leadership skills developed in demanding settings.

You will provide a full accounting service and participate in improving performance so that the finance function will provide accurate and clear information, well presented and in consideration of the audience.

To deliver this you will need strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage team workloads and demonstrate the ability of identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.
