The Arm Group Financial Reporting and Accounting (Group FR&A) team is looking for a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Reporting and Technical Accounting Analyst to join our team Group FR&A are responsible for consolidation and compliance.

You willbe joining the business at a time of change as Arm prepares to become a listed company.


What will you do?:


  • Prepare SEC filings, including financial statements and disclosures, all supporting schedules and tieouts, and ensure timely filing
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to prepare/review MD&A
  • Become the super user/internal expert on the SEC reporting platform to be able to assist other Arm users and help rollout other solutions
  • Research technical accounting topics and recommend accounting treatment for complex transactions, including monitoring of recent accounting standards update and SEC proposals to understand impact to the Company such as Environmental Social Governance (ESG)climate change disclosures
  • Prepare flux analysis for PCAOB audit and interim reviews
  • Prepare earnings per share (EPS) calculations, statement of cash flows and equity rollforward quarterly
  • Collaborate with general accounting function to ensure that transactions are captured appropriately in the financial statements
  • Monitor nonGAAP measures
  • Work closely with group reporting to ensure accuracy of press release and call script, and coordinate with IR/Legal
  • Liaise with external auditors
  • Perform Sarbanes-Oxley controls related to the Financial Reporting Close process

What skills and knowledge will you bring?:

  • Accounting or other finance-related degree (BA/BS)
  • CPA, Experience of accounting and/or related financial experience, and demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Sophisticated knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting rules and regulations, and SEC XBRL tagging
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to develop effective crossfunctional relationships
  • Excellent project management, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to respond to, prioritize efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards for completeness and accuracy.
  • Phenomenal teammate with a positive demeanor. Intellectually curious and passionate about all things accounting.
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Experience in a combination of public accounting and publicly traded company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proactive, dedicated, organized and detailoriented problemsolver
