Audit Semi Senior Job Vacancy
We are delighted to be representing a contemporary national accountancy firm in their search for an Audit Semi Senior in Bristol to join their forward-thinking, modern team and support the Audit Managers with the provision of audit for a growing portfolioof exciting clients.
This opportunity will suit someone who is ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified or studying, with some basic level audit experience within an accountancy practice.
You'll likely be working already as a Semi Senior looking for an exciting new challenge or maybe you'll already be working at junior level and be excited to develop and showcase your skills in audit.
You'll be ready to support the managers in creating apositive working environment, whilst ensuring the highest quality service is delivered.
You'll be excited to work as part of a brilliant team who create the highest standard of audit solutions for valued clients.
Job Purpose
- Prepare and review general accounts.
- The provision of audit services in the office and in the field.
- Support the Audit Seniors and Manager to coach trainees and support with their learning and development.
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met.
- Identify and assess risk.
- Able to work alongside and part of the audit team and other sectors of the firm and support with company growth.
- Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Confident in networking to promote the department.
- Playing an integral part in the efficiency of the audit team and championing the firm's values within the team.
- Provide professional and personable clientfacing communication skills.

The Successful Applicant
- ACA, ACCA or CA qualified or studying with basic level audit experience within practice
- Experience in IFRS/UK GAAP
- Selfmotivated and reliable who is eager to progress
- Technically efficient in both audit and accounting
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
- An excellent work ethic, time management and organisational skills
