full time Receipt and Despatch Administrator role
has become available on a temporary to permanent basis. **This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based on the outskirts of Grantham.

Receipt and Despatch Administrator
Salary:
£10.14 per hour

Hours of work
:
Monday to Friday 06:00 -14:00 and then 14:00 to 22:00 on a rotating shift basis including every other Saturday
Duties:
- Create and allocate stock to customer orders
- Contacting the transport companies to ensure the correct transport is in place
- Dealing with the onsite veterinary surgeons
- Updating management with current activities or issues
- Covering the receipt and despatch desk
- Managing vehicles and drivers on and off site
- Processing stock receipts and despatches
- Working closely with all departments across the site
Ideal Person:
- A polite and friendly individual who enjoys helping people
- Will have an enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Has the ability to work with speed and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- Admin knowledge
- Strong IT skills
