Are you an ambitious German-speaking Team Assistant - hungry for an opportunity to develop, and gain strong experience in a leading, global Investment firm? You will be academic, resilient, and willing to work extremely hard; with experience supporting large teams, and a strong, positive desire to work in a fast-moving, cutting-edge, client-focussed environment as a Team Assistant.
This is a dynamic role - constantly evolving - seeking forward-thinking Assistants that will thrive in the paceResponsibilities including:
- Heavy diary management (MD & Partner level) with meetings & calls across multiple time zones. Regularly resolving issues with lastminute changes and clashes.
- High volume inbox and call management relaying all information promptly, with exceptional communication.
- Complex international travel itineraries, flights, and visas monitoring, and creating solutions for lastminute changes on the go.
- Expense management and preparation.
- Relaying information to the team in an efficient manner.
- Additional adhoc duties as required, to support the team, whilst upkeeping all other tasks.
- Providing cover for colleagues as and when needed.

- You will show that you have a passion for being an exceptional Assistant, with a
minimum of 1 years worth of experience supporting busy teams in large, global firms

Please note this position is looking for someone to start promptly, and will initially be on a 6 month contract via ISE Partners. Please expect to be in the office 5 days per week._
Job Types:

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
