About You:


You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the tenacity to work in a highly organised and structure way.

You will have a proven track record as an organised and effective administrator in an environment where teamwork and a right first-time approach is key.

Reporting to the Data Analyst, the purpose of the role is to assist in preparation for a new CRM system which will allow the business to make informed decision in a range of areas

Your perfectionist nature and high attention to detail alongside excellent IT skills are paramount in this role, as is being able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders (both written and verbally)


Duties will include:


  • Responsible for data quality accurate, consistent, complete, valid, uniform
  • Database cleansing (excel) e.g., fix any data that is incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, incorrectly formatted, duplicated, or even irrelevant to the objective of the data set.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure accurate records are held.
  • Producing reports to help key stakeholder visual the task ahead and provide assurance a structured cleansing plan is underway.

What we are looking for:


  • Prior experience of data cleansing or migration projects advantageous

Must hold:


  • Advanced Excel experience
  • High level of IT skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills minimum GCSC Grade C or above
  • Structured, focused and above all, high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience in a fastpaced data driven environment such as logistics, manufacturing,
  • Selfstarter, highly motivated and able to set and work to deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of GDPR
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

Salary:


  • Up to £23k FTE
  • 23 hours a week
  • FTC 6 months

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Up to £12.20 per hour
