Fusion People are looking for an Account Delivery Manager to take on a small portfolio of Clients and an existing team of Delivery Consultants working in the Utilities & Water sector.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a recruiting Account Delivery Manager with a track record in the Utilities, Infrastructure or Construction sectors.
You will either be currently running a small team or part of one and looking to take that next step to lead and mould yourown.
This role will take on responsibility for delivery into a portfolio of six Clients, all operating in the Utilities sector with a mixture of temp, perm and temp-perm requirements.
Whilst we are not solely metric focused, the ability to drive the performance of each team member through motivation, guidance, coaching and leading by example is important.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Team management
- Client requirement fill rate management
- Team leadership and management to achieve agreed targets
- Coaching and mentoring of team where needed
- Recruiting additional team members where needed
- Internal relationship building with members of Fusion People Leadership team
- Identifying and implementing improvements in resourcing, screening and delivery methodologies where possible
- Day to day POC for Client contacts
- Attend review meetings in line with agreed schedule for each Client
- Internal communication of Client Account needs where relevant
- Activity and performance reporting for each Client
- Champion Clients within delivery team and across the wider business
- Assist with benchmarking and market information collation
Skills required:
As a minimum:
- 5+ years' experience in recruitment delivery or Account Management role
- Strong knowledge of the Utilities, Infrastructure or Rail markets
- Coaching / mentoring ability with a passion to pass on your knowledge
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional Qualifications required:
Degree preferable although not essential

- Proactive anticipates problems and shows initiative for problemsolving and generating new ideas
- Flexible is willing to undertake a range of tasks for the effective running of the department
