Fusion People are looking for an Account Delivery Manager to take on a small portfolio of Clients and an existing team of Delivery Consultants working in the Utilities & Water sector.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a recruiting Account Delivery Manager with a track record in the Utilities, Infrastructure or Construction sectors.

You will either be currently running a small team or part of one and looking to take that next step to lead and mould yourown.


This role will take on responsibility for delivery into a portfolio of six Clients, all operating in the Utilities sector with a mixture of temp, perm and temp-perm requirements.


Whilst we are not solely metric focused, the ability to drive the performance of each team member through motivation, guidance, coaching and leading by example is important.

You will also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to front the Client relationships at all levels.


Responsibilities:

Delivery Team management

  • Client requirement fill rate management
  • Team leadership and management to achieve agreed targets
  • Coaching and mentoring of team where needed
  • Recruiting additional team members where needed
  • Internal relationship building with members of Fusion People Leadership team
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in resourcing, screening and delivery methodologies where possible
Account Management

  • Day to day POC for Client contacts
  • Attend review meetings in line with agreed schedule for each Client
  • Internal communication of Client Account needs where relevant
  • Activity and performance reporting for each Client
  • Champion Clients within delivery team and across the wider business
  • Assist with benchmarking and market information collation

Skills required:

As a minimum:

  • 5+ years' experience in recruitment delivery or Account Management role
  • Strong knowledge of the Utilities, Infrastructure or Rail markets
  • Coaching / mentoring ability with a passion to pass on your knowledge
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Professional Qualifications required:
Degree preferable although not essential
