Our client, a well-established Estate Agent are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in Portsmouth.

An excellent opportunity to join a reputable company.


Working hours of an Administrator:


  • Monday to Friday 9 am 5 pm

In return, our clients are offering the successful Administrator:

  • £24,000 basic
  • Pay per mile
  • Free Parking
  • 5day working week

Ideally, to be considered for the Administrator role you must have the following:

  • Previous Administrator experience
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Great customer service skills

Essential tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Accountants' queries in relation to business accounts
  • Management of company websites
  • Management of social media accounts
  • General admin/business operation tasks as and when required.
  • Branch Audits
  • Staff payroll
  • Court claims for debtors
