Circa £40,000 pa dependent on experience


Job Type:
Permanent


Hours:
Full time, 35 hours pw (flexible options available)

Location:

This role requires presence across all seven centres - flexibility such that 1-2 days can be worked remotely and other flexible arrangements e.g.

a 4 day week will also be considered

Families & Children Support Manager role:

In particular, the Early Help Wellbeing team that this role leads have built a strong reputation as a highly experienced, friendly and competent team.


The Families & Children Support Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the Early Help Well Being Team.

This post is fundamental to the Integrated Working and Early Intervention part of the "Start Well" contract and requires closely working with Health Visitors, the promotion of Well Being and the safeguarding of children and families in the Central Area Children's Centres to successfully improving their outcomes.
