Stockport

An experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / Fee Earner or Licensed Conveyancer) is being sought by one of the regions longest standing practices who are currently expanding their well regarded Residential Conveyancing department in Stockport.

As a Residential Conveyancer you'll have demonstrable experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

Sales & purchase
Leasehold and freehold
Right to buy
Help to buy
Shared ownership
Transfer of equity

The team overall are vastly experienced and you'll work alongside senior solicitors, licensed residential conveyancers and fee earners and have full support from administrators and legal assistants.

You will have your own autonomous caseload of files and beexpected to be able to work with little to no supervision.
