Exciting opportunities are available to join our forwards thinking multidisciplinary team based at the Psychiatric Intensive care Unit (PICU) at Miranda House for Humber NHS Trust.


This post would suit an individual with previous experience of working in a mental health care environment that is looking for a new challenge.

We are looking for staff with a caring and compassionate nature, who are innovative, creative and highly motivated.

You need to have a genuine interest in working therapeutically with patients who are experiencing a variety of acute mental health difficulties by supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

You should be a good communicator and team player, with the successful applicant joining a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.

An ability to work flexibly and to adapt to the changing needs of the patient group is essential.

This post with entail working 12 hour shifts over a 24 hour rota.


A robust support system is embedded for all staff to include Regular clinical and managerial supervision and weekly access to reflective practice.
