BNR SUPPORTED LIVING LTD is a supported living and outreach provider in the Wirral, Merseyside.


We are now seeking Support Workers on bank contracts for our Independant Living Services, for one of our houses or outreach services across the Wirral, on full time, part time basis & also waking nights.


We specialise in supporting vulnerable adults who have profound health or complex care needs. We are particularly specialist in the Autism field, and we provide a big focus on encouraging independence and choice. High-quality care is our number one priority, delivering tailored care at home and in our independent Living Houses.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic caring individuals to join our team at BNR in our Supported Living Houses. We provide 24-hour care and support to Service Users with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

This includes Challenging and Complex needs.


And we offer a competitive salary starting at £10.86 per hour. And part time and full-time contracts and sleep ins available.

The role will involve carrying out a wide variety of tasks including:

  • Ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
  • To support Service Users with all aspects of their day to day living, enabling them to enjoy the best possible quality of life
  • Most of the employee's work will be alone with the Service User in their home
  • Compassion, good communication skills and a calm and caring manner are essential for this important role
  • Ensure Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed
  • Be responsible for informing the Senior Carer of any changes in the needs of Service Users
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
  • Providing high quality care/support
  • Ensuring living areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Working in the community
  • Completing indoor and outdoor activities
  • Providing assistance within supported living settings
  • Working with service users with autism and complex needs
  • Waking nights and sleep shifts
  • Working across multiple services as required
  • Completing any paperwork as required
  • Full training for those with no experience of working in the care industry.
We have a variety of shift patterns available covering days, waking nights, and sleeps.

All our services are located near to easily accessible transport links, so this role is suitable if the use of public transport is required.


We are however very interested in speaking to those with a full driving licence and vehicle.

  • All required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is provided when working at any of our services.
