Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including bartending, team management, and customer service.
- Supervise bar staff to ensure highquality service and adherence to company standards.
- Open and close down premises
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques.
