A leading automotive currently have an opening for an Administrator. This roleincludes dealing with planning requirements, customer purchase order and project analysis work through providing excellent administrative functions.**-
Up to £28,000 P/A:

  • Office
  • based | Biggin Hill:

On-site parking

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting a team of 8 onsite engineers
  • General admin duties to assist Engineering Manager, including data entry onto internal system
  • Liaising with engineers to discuss their capacity and any time restraints on urgent work
  • Dealing with all incoming customer enquires
  • Reviewing and monitoring the weekly schedule sheet and updating with status of work
  • Raising, checking, typing and closing work orders
  • Checking parts booked out in relation to work orders
  • Ordering upcoming components via stores
  • Writing and updating office instructions, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Updating spreadsheets to keep track of records stored both locally and in archive
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Required Skills / Competencies:


  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage time appropriately
  • Good organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent I.T skills, competent with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
