A leading automotive currently have an opening for an Administrator. This roleincludes dealing with planning requirements, customer purchase order and project analysis work through providing excellent administrative functions.**-
Up to £28,000 P/A:

Office - based | Biggin Hill:
On-site parking
Responsibilities:
- Assisting a team of 8 onsite engineers
- General admin duties to assist Engineering Manager, including data entry onto internal system
- Liaising with engineers to discuss their capacity and any time restraints on urgent work
- Dealing with all incoming customer enquires
- Reviewing and monitoring the weekly schedule sheet and updating with status of work
- Raising, checking, typing and closing work orders
- Checking parts booked out in relation to work orders
- Ordering upcoming components via stores
- Writing and updating office instructions, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
- Updating spreadsheets to keep track of records stored both locally and in archive
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
Required Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage time appropriately
- Good organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent I.T skills, competent with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
