About the Role


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the customer care of the Landlord and Tenants during a crucial part of the rental process.

Once a property has been instructed by the Lettings Managers, you will take over the process of finding a tenantbefore then handing the account over to the property management team.


To do this, you will take full ownership for each property and liaise with the Landlord and Tenants throughout your part of the process.


  • Setting up Landlords and properties on the systems
  • Scheduling photos and works needed at the property
  • Responding to Tenant queries in a timely manner
  • Organising viewings, ensuring we have a team member to attend
  • Qualifying offers & discussing them with the landlord
  • Referencing process with our referencing partner & tenants
  • Ensuring contracts are accurate and signed
  • Arranging inventory and check in services & sending welcome packs
  • Someone with a good knowledge of the Lettings process
  • A great communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Naturally friendly and helpful
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Happy to work in the office and at home
