Description
A leading, residential focused practice, are seeking a remote Residential Building Surveyor to join their Oxford based office.


The Building Surveyor's role


You, as the successful Building Surveyor will carry out a fully remote role, however will be based from the Oxford office, where you will work on residential level 2, level 3 surveys and specific defect surveys.

As the new Residential Building Surveyor, you'll be joining an existing team of 4 other Building Surveyors. You'll cover locations across Oxford and surrounding areas.

This role will suit a Building Surveyor, who likes to work autonomously or has commitmentsthat need you to be fully flexible.


The successful Building Surveyor will have

  • MRICS, AssocRICS, or experience (3+years)
  • Level 1 & 2 survey experience
  • Clean UK driving license
  • Residential focused surveying interest and experience
