Our Growth, Innovation and Digital team in the UK and Ireland, helps customers in the energy industry prepare for the future, by trusting their digital assets and providing data-driven insights to enhance performance and ensure compliance.


Millions of decisions concerning the design, construction and operation of real-world assets will be taken based on their digital twins.

Assurance of digital assets and systems is a core element of the DNV strategy.

As response, DNV along with its strategic partners developed the industry's first recommended practice for quality assurance of digital twins (DNV-RP-A204) to complement further recommended practices around Data Quality; Machine Learning Models and Algorithms; Simulation Models; and Sensor Systems.


As a Senior Consultant, you'll join a growing team of creative big thinkers who love finding innovative solutions to the energy industry's most challenging problems.

Our diverse and creative team are passionate about working at the intersection of digital technology and the energy system, making a real impact on the future of our planet.


Based from either our London, Glasgow or Bristol office, you'll be given responsibility from day one, collaborating with forward-thinking customers and technical experts across our business to deliver projects, helping deliver career and industry-defining projects.

You will be given the time to build your network, the resources to support your development, and the freedom to satisfy your curiosity and desire to learn.


Your role will involve:

  • Owning the development of specific deliverables whilst working with clients within the energy sector on digital (twin) advisory and assurance projects
  • Writing proposals to support the development of new business whilst engaging with external customers on topics related to digitalization and innovation.
  • Working with engineers in the energy industry to explore the market potential of new services and features across the entire value chain (e.g. decarbonization, renewables, power grids, gas transmission and distribution).
  • Being adept at wielding some (or all) of the following frameworks and techniques: Agile and Scrum; DNV recommended practices; Data Ecosystem Mapping; User Story / Journey Mapping.
