The Commercial Exec role.
Salary is range is based on a basic salary, supplemented by OTE bonus.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through new business
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and effective communication
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to increase We Are Fulfilment's market share
- Ability to research, identify and analyse market trends and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activity and customer information
- Attend relevant industry events to network and stay uptodate on market trends
- Drive Social Media Engagement both personally and for the business through the creation of valuable and relevant content that resonates with the target audience and generates leads
- Network using relevant social media platforms by creation of valuable and engaging content that attracts new followers, builds brand awareness and conversion
- To engage with and generate social media connections and through leaders in the sector to create inbound attention
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media channels
KPIs
- New business revenue to measure success in attracting and converting new customers
- Sales growth
- Customer acquisition to measure conversion success
- Customer retention to ensure we're building strong customer relationships and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Average Sales cycle to measure efficiency in closing deals and managing the sales process.
- Average contract value to measure negotiation skills and conversion of highvalue partners

Salary:
£25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Direct sales: 3 years (preferred)
