The Role
Embark on a new journey at TONI & GUY as a Dual Trained Stylist & Colour Technician.

Working Pattern _- Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday)_. Some Salons may also _require_ evenings, please enquire for further information._

What you will be doing:

Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.

Showcase your expertise in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts and styling.
Bring artistic flair to life by understanding clients' preferences and transforming their hair into amazing styles. Having an eye for detail, a knack for aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively are important.
Provide topnotch customer service and build longlasting relationships. A true people person, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect & build rapport with all individuals & personalities.
Juggle a busy schedule like a pro, handling different client demands with ease. Being flexible to embrace changing trends, styles, and client requests while still nailing it on time.
