About The Opportunity

Responsibilities:


  • Be the driver of Inclusion at WeWork ensuring there is no bias in our recruiting process and making sure we have an inspirational team of diverse talented WeWorkers
  • Participate on TA/cross functional projects to improve and enhance our process and experience

Requirements:


  • Minimum of at least 4 years' full cycle recruiting experience in a similar environment (hiring internationally and at pace, while providing an excellent experience and keeping a high bar for talent)
  • Experienced at partnering with senior level stakeholders and hiring managers and advising them on hiring decisions
  • Ability to understand and internalise business priorities and execute in a fast paced and fast changing work environment
  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly and subsequently utilise them
  • EMEA recruitment experience preferred
