Description
New Homes Carpeting, a growing flooring fitting company based in Harlow are looking for an Sales Administrator. The Company works with some of the UK's largest housing builders and provide flooring to New Build houses.
The Sales Administrator will have responsibility for the day-to-day administrative duties in the sales department of the Company, including being a point of contact for client accounts where required.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Contacting building sites to confirm appointments and bookings for floor fitters
- Arranging appointments with fitters to attend the required sites for work
- Providing information or answering questions about client accounts
- Accurate and timely filing.
- Receptionist duties as required e.g. answering general telephone calls, opening post.
- Ordering of flooring products and other associated materials for jobs
- Supporting the sales team for the costings of jobs
- Working with the warehouse team in relation to current stock holding
- The data input of job details on the electronic recording system
Word, Excel, Outlook and have the ability to deal with clients and fitters of the Company with good customer service skills.
Ideally they will have experience of working within an office environment.
The salary range for the role is £19,000 - £20,000 per annum working 35 hours a week 8.30am - 4.30pm at our Harlow offices Monday to Friday.
The company offers 20 days holiday and bank holidays (plus extra days holiday for Christmas shutdown) and a pension scheme.

£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
