We are looking for a passionate and creative person to join The Golf Groove(TGG) team who is committed to providing best in class customer experience.
The role would include:
To greet customers upon their arrival to the venue and ensure they are lead to their booked bays, to manage the reception, telephones and bay bookings, to answer the phone in a prompt and professional manner, track sales process and forecasting within CRM System, upon other roles.
Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
