Sales Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales Team to align service delivery with client needs and expectations.

Service Ticket Management: Oversee all service tickets raised by customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Communication & Updates: Send welcome backs to customers upon order confirmation and provide regular updates on Work in Progress (WIP) and order statuses.

VOIP Order Management: Handle the creation, building, and finalisation of VOIP orders, including moves, adds, and changes.

Liaison Role: Maintain effective communication with carriers, suppliers, and third-party installers, coordinating site surveys, ECCs, and other necessary arrangements.

Installation Support: Facilitate Go Live Calls, provide technical support to customers during installation or pre-installation phases, and arrange pre-ethernet support when required.

Operational Efficiency: Strive to improve go-live dates on orders and manage WIP for various departments, ensuring timely completion and updates.

Administrative Collaboration: Work closely with the admin team, providing necessary details for completed orders, handling billing queries, and reporting outages for credit purposes.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:

Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
