Customer Banking Advisor - Work from home


Salary:
£10.66 PH (£20,787 PA).


Location:
Belfast city centre(for the training period)


Contract:
Permanent.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.


Shift patterns:
Rotational, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm.

Remote work:

Fully remote or hybrid working, once the 12-week training period has been completed and key performance metrics have been met.

The Role

Taking inbound enquiry calls from Banking customers.

Customers will be calling for a number of reasons, ranging from lost cards to balance transfer requests as some examples.


The Customer Service role:
Helping customers with their banking enquiries
Continuously striving for first contact resolution and providing amazing outcomes when dealing with enquiries from customers
Accurately maintaining and updating customer records and notes

The requirements for the Customer Service role:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Empathy and strong communication skills

Role Requirements

At least 6 months experience in a customer facing position
Full flexibility for rotational shift patterns
A confident telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service
The ability to show initiative, multitask and problem solve
A great team player
Computer literacy
