Description

The key goal of this role is to equip Branchspace's sales teams and business leadership with the tools, insights, support and practices to achieve greater success.

You will also be the first point of contact for prospects and actively pursue and support prospecting activities. The ultimate objective of the Marketing and Sales Support Specialist is to achieve higher sales velocity and commercial impact.


You will be responsible for:


  • Supporting sales and pitch preparation, including preparation of meetings with prospective. clients and internal business development meetings
  • Driving, supporting, and analysing a 360degree sales representation and completeness of data on our CRM platform (Hubspot)
  • Acting as first point of contact for prospects, researching and establishing contact with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Sourcing sales targets and conducting research related to business development opportunities and market developments, benchmarks, competitors and trends
  • Internal and external event preparation and project management support
  • Generating regular management information reports
  • Creating and keeping up to date an ongoing tracking and reporting methodology for the marketing to sales function
  • Ad hoc proofreading/presentation creation and regular document / toolbox updates
  • Ensuring client support materials are of a high standard, appealing design and errorfree
  • Support the development of customer references, proof points, case studies for external and internal use as well as preparation of sales events and other activities to support customer success

You have:


  • At least 3 years of experience in salesoriented marketing activities, and a handson ability to build processes from the ground up
  • Good communication skills in at least 2 languages
  • Intensive social media campaign experience
  • A datadriven approach, that builds processes in a way that can scale effectively
  • Intimate knowledge of the sales cycle and sales and marketing methodologies
  • Experience with CRM, social media, and general affinity with digital technology and travel
  • Ideally, experience in a fastmoving retail environment
  • Experience in aviation and travel is an added benefit
