Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 19:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

Job Role:

An exciting role has become available within a fast-paced, growing company.

As a warehouse operative, you will be responsible for the management of the goods in and out department and ensure all daily dispatches are completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

General Warehouse Duties:Run all pick and pack work, Package and dispatch all small and large format items, and work closely with Logistics Manager to deliver all requirements to customers on time.

Stock System:Work with Logistics Manager to create an organised stock system, and in conjunction with Purchasing and Logistics Manager, ensure Evolve always uses the lowest cost best service options.

Quality Control:In line with ISO9001 and 14001, manage stock quality and supply chain suitability by carrying out background checks on suppliers and requesting supplier agreements to be read and signed.

MSI / CRM System Use:Following The Evolve Group Ltd's guidelines, keeping the CRM system up to date with every stage of a job through quoting, design to production.

Health & Safety:Ensuring that all work areas are kept in line with Health & Safety regulations and that The Evolve Group Health & Safety policy is always adhered to.

Education and Experience:

Minimum oneyear proven experience working in a similar environment.
Forklift Experience essential

Key competencies:

Full Driver's License.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Good organisation and time management skills and a responsible attitude.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
Ability to meet targets.
