    Gain hands-on experience in IT services with AVEVA.

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our End User Services team as an IT Apprentice.

    This role offers the opportunity to develop foundational skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, desktop support, and customer service in a real-world IT environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Onboard and offboard employees from an IT support perspective.
    • Provide end-user support for IT-related issues, both on-site and remotely.
    • Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventory.
    • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment.
    • Basic network troubleshooting.
    • Support MS Teams-based meeting and conference rooms.
    • Research and suggest improvements in IT processes.

    Required Skills:

    • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking.
    • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac OS environments.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
