Customer Service Representative


We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Executive to join our team and help us continue our mission-driven work.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Build relationship with existing and new customers
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Salary:
From £23,513.10 per year
