The right person will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects and priorities at once.


Responsibilities:


  • Helping to create, develop and maintain timelines and workflows for multiple projects.
  • Coordinating freelancers, talent and contractors.
  • Coordinating project finances.
  • Helping to keep projects on schedule and delivered on time, supporting a Senior Producer and/or the wider project management team.
  • Setting up presentation decks.
  • Coordinating live shoots, meetings and onsite activity.
  • Supporting the postproduction pipeline.
  • Managing relationships and partner workflows in conjunction with the Senior Producer or the wider project management team.
  • Coordinating communications and meetings between clients, senior management and project teams.

Key Qualities:


  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects at different stages of development.
  • Computer Literacy; adept at all Google Apps and Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creative problemsolving skills.
  • Experience or an interest in multidisciplinary work, including animation, live events, theatre and experiential events.
  • Willingness for travel and weekend work as required (TOIL in place).
  • Teamwork skills.

Bonus Experience:


  • Experience working with Wrike as a project management tool.
  • Experience coordinating projects in different territories.
  • Experience working with Google apps, Microsoft apps and Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
  • Additional languages are a bonus.
